BI Technical Consultant

We are looking for an experienced BI Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Snowflake to design and develop scalable data warehouse solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Snowflake architecture, advanced SQL, data modeling, data warehousing, and data migration.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable Snowflake data warehouse solutions based on business and technical requirements.
• Develop complex and optimized SQL queries, data transformations, and data processing solutions.
• Design enterprise-level data models and warehouse architecture, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Lead and support data migration initiatives, including Teradata-to-Snowflake migration.
• Work with Data Vault 2.0 methodologies for enterprise data modeling where applicable.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines using technologies such as Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Databricks.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, performance tuning, and troubleshooting during migration and implementation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, architects, and other technical teams to deliver data solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and contribute to solution architecture, development standards, documentation, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Experience: 8+ years.
• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake Architecture and Development.
• Advanced SQL development and query optimization.
• Strong understanding of data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience in Solution Design and Requirements Analysis.
• Hands-on experience with data migration projects.
• Strong stakeholder communication and technical consulting skills.
• Experience with Data Vault 2.0.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF).
• Experience with Databricks.
• Strong experience in Teradata-to-Snowflake migration is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of data integration, data quality, performance tuning, and enterprise data architecture.
