Bharat Banking: Mandi Mitra - Bharat Ecosystem

About the Role
. You will be part of Farmer Funding team under Bharat Banking Vertical.
. Bharat Banking FF department caters to all products in Bharat Bank Branches across Pan India.

Key Responsibilities

. Responsible for increasing the overall market share in the Mandi ecosystem in Asset and liability business.
. Responsible for sales planning and distribution plan for the Mandis.
. Responsible for baselining of respective Mandis i.e., shop by shop mapping and their relationships with us and competition on Asset and liability side.
. Organize activation drives along with respective product sales teams in the Mandi to generate business
Plan and implement new initiatives/strategies to increase Mandi business share in overall retail lending and liability business.

Qualifications
Optimal qualification for success on the job is:
. Post- Graduation (MBA/Rural MBA preferred) from a recognized institute.
. Minimum 8+ years of relevant work experience

Role Proficiencies:
For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess:
. Knowledge of Agri/Rural Lending, Tech, PSL, industry and product trends, Partnerships
. Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and norms
. Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language (preferable)
. Ability to manage Sales Channel and track Budget.
. Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
. Ability to lead a team, coach, motivate and mentor the members of the team on on-going basis
. Ability to work closely with internal stakeholders
