Location: Cyber Towers, Madhapur, Hi-Tech City Hyderabad (On-Site-WFO)

Work Timings: Night Shift- US Shift

Interview: 1 Round (F2F)

Someone you can go F2F for an interview on the night shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market and manage bench consultants effectively
• Maintain and update an active bench list
• Strong expertise in placing CPT, OPT EAD, H1B & H1B Transfer consultants
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier-1 vendors
• Generate and track a high volume of requirements
• Identify and capture new market opportunities
• Develop new business with Tier-1 vendors
• Maintain and regularly update vendor databases
• Create vendor databases client-wise and region-wise

Look for stability and someone who has closed positions recently.
