Bench Sales Recruiter

Role & responsibilities:

• Market consultants to clients and vendors based on their skills, experience, and job requirements.
• Identify suitable job openings through job boards, vendor networks, and client requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and consultants.
• Coordinate with vendors and clients to submit resumes, schedule interviews, and follow up on submissions.
• Negotiate pay rates and contract terms with vendors and clients under management guidance.
• Maintain regular communication with consultants regarding availability, interviews, and placement opportunities.
• Assist with candidate onboarding, documentation, and work authorization verification.
• Maintain accurate records of submissions, interview schedules, vendor communications, and placement status.
• Use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), spreadsheets, and job portals to manage recruitment activities.
• Monitor market trends, client demands, and new business opportunities to improve placement success.
• Follow up on submitted resumes and interview feedback to ensure timely communication and placement.
• Meet daily and weekly targets for candidate marketing, submissions, interviews, and placements.

Preferred candidate profile:

• 13 years of experience in bench sales recruitment or the US IT staffing industry.
• Good understanding of US job markets, client/vendor relationships, and consultant marketing.
• Experience using job portals, ATS platforms, and professional networking sites.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Basic knowledge of US work authorizations, visa types, and immigration documentation.
• Ability to identify suitable job opportunities and match consultants to client requirements.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
• Ability to manage multiple submissions, follow-ups, and deadlines effectively.
• Willingness to work in a target-driven environment and contribute to business growth.
• Bachelors degree preferred; relevant staffing industry experience will also be considered.
