We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and an interest in sales and business development.

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Connect with potential clients, understand their requirements, and introduce relevant company services.
• Conduct lead qualification and maintain regular follow-ups with prospects.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales team to move qualified leads forward.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Meet assigned daily, weekly, and monthly lead-generation and sales targets.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client communication and handover.

• 0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Inside Sales, or related roles.
• Freshers with strong communication skills and relevant knowledge may also apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident, proactive, and comfortable communicating with potential clients.
• Good negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools.
