We're looking for Business Development Associates to join our Renewals team and handle the India market.

Work Mode: Work From Home

Employment Type: Full-Time Market: Domestic / India

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Requirements

• Graduation is mandatory; not pursuing any degree

• Freshers are welcome

• Good English & Hindi communication skills

• Strong convincing, negotiation & objection-handling skills

• Personal laptop is mandatory

• Stable Wi-Fi & power backup required

• Comfortable with the required shift timings

• Comfortable with sales/renewal targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with existing customers and drive renewals

• Understand customer requirements and address concerns

• Handle objections and negotiate effectively

• Follow up with customers and close renewals

• Maintain customer details and follow-ups in CRM

• Build strong customer relationships

• Achieve assigned renewal targets
