Job Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate developers and builders.
• Identify and connect with new developers and generate business opportunities.
• Schedule and conduct regular developer meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
• Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in developer companies.
• Attend real estate events, exhibitions, and networking meets to build industry connections.
• Understand developer requirements and convert opportunities into business.
• Maintain a database of developers, projects, meetings, and leads.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in real estate business development/sales.
• Strong network and relationships with real estate developers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Confident in meeting senior-level developers and decision-makers.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel for developer meetings and business development activities.

Preferred: Candidates with an existing network of real estate developers/builders will be given preference
