Bartender

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Bartender role based in Gurugram. The Bartender will prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, following recipes and responsible service guidelines. Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, making recommendations, and ensuring a welcoming bar atmosphere. The role involves handling payments, maintaining bar stock and cleanliness, setting up and closing the bar, and coordinating with the kitchen and service staff. The Bartender will also support inventory control, adhere to safety and hygiene standards, and uphold company policies on responsible alcohol service.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on creating positive guest experiences.
• Effective Communication skills for interacting with guests and collaborating with team members.
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage offerings, including cocktails, spirits, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Cash Handling skills, with accuracy in processing payments and managing bills.
• Practical Bartending skills, including drink preparation, bar setup, and bar maintenance.
• Prior experience in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality environment is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Understanding of hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
• Reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
