Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Banquet Server role based at Hotel Centre Point in Nagpur. The Banquet Server will set up banquet halls according to event specifications, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and service stations. Responsibilities include serving food and beverages, replenishing buffet items, and ensuring timely and accurate service during events such as weddings, conferences, and corporate functions. The role involves interacting with guests courteously, responding to requests, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and coordinating with the banquet captain and kitchen team. The Banquet Server will also assist with post-event breakdown, inventory of service equipment, and adherence to hotel service protocols.

Qualifications

• Strong Food Service and Food & Beverage skills, with experience in banquet or restaurant settings.
• Excellent Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills, with a guest-focused and professional demeanor.
• Clear and courteous Communication skills for effective coordination with guests and team members.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and carry service equipment, and work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior experience in hospitality or events service is preferred; formal training in hotel management or F&B service is an advantage.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
