B2B Commerce Architect - Salesforce

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce B2B Commerce Architect to lead solution architecture and technical delivery for enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical design and architecture for Salesforce B2B Commerce solutions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Drive architecture reviews, coding standards, technical governance, and code quality.
• Oversee custom development, integrations, data migration, and deployments.
• Work closely with client stakeholders on solution design and technical decisions.
• Support pre-sales activities, technical discovery, and POCs.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 914 years of CRM experience, with at least 6 years on Salesforce.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce B2B Commerce on Core.
• Experience with B2B Commerce Extensions, APIs, Connect APIs, and Einstein capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.
• Understanding of B2B sales processes, e-commerce journeys, and cross-cloud integrations.
• Experience with Salesforce OMS, system integrations, and scalable architecture.
• Strong understanding of Apex, design patterns, platform security, and deployment practices.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.

Additional Requirement: Willingness to travel 50–75% based on project needs.
