About this role
We are looking for enthusiastic B.Tech Chemical Engineering freshers to join our R&D plant in the Technology Transfer departments.
- Assist in chemical process development and scale-up activities.
- Support kilo lab batch execution and process trials.
- Understand chemical reactions, process parameters, and unit operations.
- Assist in technology transfer from R&D Plant.
- Follow SOPs, safety guidelines, and applicable GMP requirements.
- Coordinate with R&D, Production, and other relevant departments.
