We are scaling fast and are expanding our team in the India with AWS AI Strategy Consultant position.

The Role
As an AWS AI Strategy Consultant, you will help clients find and prioritize the AI opportunities that matter most to their business. You will combine sharp business analysis with a practical understanding of AI to build compelling, well-reasoned cases for change that resonate with business and technology leaders.
What You will Do
- Understand client business processes, challenges, and goals across industries.
- Identify and prioritize AI opportunities by business value and feasibility.
- Define meaningful business metrics and quantify the potential impact of AI initiatives.
- Build clear business cases, including ROI and value models.
- Shape AI solution approaches with support from our technical teams.
- Communicate insights and recommendations persuasively to executive audiences.
Skills We are Looking For
- 5+ years in business analysis, management consulting, digital transformation, or AI/analytics advisory.
- Awareness of the AWS AI ecosystem (e.g., Bedrock, SageMaker, Amazon Q).
- Strong business analysis skills: process understanding, KPI definition, and value quantification.
- Excellent financial and analytical modeling skills in Excel.
- A practical understanding of generative and agentic AI and where they create business value; deep technical expertise is not required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive-level storytelling.
- Confident, everyday use of AI productivity tools.
- Comfort working in ambiguity and making sound, clearly reasoned assumptions.
Nice to Have
- AWS Certified AI Practitioner or similar certification
- Experience writing proposals or solution documents
