AVP - HR Compliance

Role & responsibilities

• Labour Law Compliance: Ensure the company follows applicable labour laws, such as the Payment of Wages, EPF, ESI, gratuity, and other employment-related regulations.
• HR Policies and Procedures: Create, review, and update HR policies according to changes in labour laws and company requirements.
• Audits and Documentation: Maintain employee records, compliance documents, registers, and statutory filings. Support internal and external HR compliance audits.
• Statutory Compliance: Ensure timely completion of applicable statutory payments, filings, returns, and other legal requirements.
• Compliance Monitoring: Regularly check whether HR processes and business operations follow legal requirements and internal policies.
• Risk Identification: Identify compliance gaps, investigate issues, and take corrective action to avoid legal risks and penalties.
