The jobholder will be responsible for verification & validation for Safety critical Real time Embedded software for avionics application conforming to DO 178 B/C standard for Avionics Airbus Helicopters.
Responsibilities
The jobholder will be responsible for (Verification of software modules):
- Verification & Validation of high-level requirements
- Unit level verification of software modules
- Integration testing (software - software & software - Hardware)
- Analysis of issues raised either during testing campaigns or in-service usage
- Leading and mentoring team members for testing
- Driving certification audits under verification perimeter.
This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
Skills
Exposure to full software lifecycle encompassing Software requirements Definition, Dynamic & Static Design, Coding and verification activities in industrialised domains.
Strong experience in verification activities.
Must have skills
- Requirements based testing.
- Unit and integration testing (host & target environment)
- Software configuration management
- Software Requirements, Design reviews
- Knowledge about standards (requirements / design / C-coding)
- Work experience on DO 178 standard
- Project Management skills
- Basic understanding about RTOS
- Strong inter personnel skills
