Role Description The Aveva E3D professional will work full time in a remote capacity, contributing to the design and modeling of complex industrial and commercial projects using Aveva E3D software. Day-to-day tasks include creating and updating 3D models, coordinating with engineers and project managers, and ensuring that design standards, specifications, and client requirements are accurately implemented. The role involves reviewing and validating model integrity, generating relevant drawings and reports, and participating in design reviews to resolve clashes or technical issues. The individual will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, adhere to project schedules, and support continuous improvement of modeling practices and workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Aveva E3D, including 3D modeling, design review, and drawing extraction.
• Experience with plant design, piping, structural, or mechanical modeling in industrial or commercial projects.
• Ability to interpret engineering documents such as P&IDs, layouts, specifications, and standards.
• Solid understanding of design workflows, clash detection, and coordination with multidisciplinary project teams.
• Relevant technical education (e.g., diploma or degree in engineering, design, or related field).
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across time zones.
• Experience with other 3D design tools (e.g., PDMS, AutoCAD, CADWorx, or similar) is an advantage.
• Familiarity with project documentation standards, revision control, and quality-check processes.
• Prior experience working on commerce or technology-focused solutions environments is beneficial.
