AV Project Technician

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site AV Project Technician role based in Bengaluru. The AV Project Technician will install, configure, and test audio-visual systems, including video conferencing solutions, projectors, and lighting equipment, according to project designs and specifications. Responsibilities include supporting commissioning activities, performing routine inspections, and troubleshooting technical issues to ensure reliable system performance. The technician will collaborate with project managers and engineers, document work completed, and provide basic end‑user training on system operation. The role also involves adhering to safety standards, maintaining tools and equipment, and contributing to ongoing maintenance and service activities.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess hands-on experience with Audio Visual (AV) Systems, including integration of professional AV equipment.
• Candidates should possess Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving AV system faults and connectivity issues.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Video Conferencing platforms and hardware for room-based collaboration solutions.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with Lighting and Projectors used in meeting rooms, classrooms, and event spaces.
• Diploma or degree in electronics, electrical engineering, information technology, or a related technical field is preferred.
• Ability to read technical drawings, cable schedules, and equipment layouts, with strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues on-site.
• Willingness to work at customer locations within Bengaluru and occasionally travel for projects, adhering to safety and quality standards.
