Role Description The Automotive Electrician role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kushinagar. The individual in this role will diagnose and repair electrical issues in vehicles, including wiring, lighting, ignition, charging systems, and electronic components. Day-to-day tasks include performing routine electrical maintenance on company vehicles, inspecting electrical systems, identifying faults, and carrying out corrective repairs in line with safety standards. The Automotive Electrician will collaborate with the broader maintenance team to ensure minimal downtime for the fleet, maintain accurate records of work performed, and recommend preventive measures to reduce recurring issues. The role also involves using diagnostic tools, following technical manuals, and adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Electrical Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair for automotive systems.
- Proficiency in Fault Finding and Electrical Repairs on commercial and light vehicles.
- Sound understanding of Electricity principles and safe work practices.
- Experience working with vehicle wiring, lighting, battery, alternator, and starter systems.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and use diagnostic equipment.
- Relevant technical certification or diploma in automotive electrical or related field.
- Previous experience as an automotive electrician or in a similar vehicle maintenance role.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently and within a team.
