Automation Test Manager or Project Manager/ Chennai /P03

Mandatory Skills

• Strong experience in automation testing and test management.
• Good understanding of Selenium and/or Playwright automation frameworks.
• Experience with BDD frameworks, preferably Cucumber.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java and/or JavaScript.
• Proven experience managing large testing teams and multiple testing workstreams.
• Strong experience in project planning, delivery management, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Experience in defining automation strategies, tracking testing metrics, and driving quality improvements.
• Excellent communication, client management, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure timely delivery of project commitments.

Good to Have

• Experience in the Banking and Financial Services (BFSI) domain.
• Exposure to API automation and performance testing.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management practices.
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA or ALM.
• Exposure to test automation transformation initiatives and enterprise-level automation frameworks.
• Relevant project management or testing certifications.
