About this role
If you are passionate about authentic Konkani cuisine and want to be a part of the beautiful coastal taste, we are hiring dedicated and experienced chefs in Rajapur, ratnagiri, Maharashtra
We are looking for
1. Konkani cuisine chef
Responsibilities
Makes authentic Konkani food as per recipes
Experience in Konkani Maharashtrian delicacies, speciality dishes.
Should maintain quality and standard of food prepared.
Manages kitchen operations and ingredients wastage etc.
Requirements: Requires practical knowledge and experience about authentic Konkani cuisine.
2. Kitchen assistant
Responsibilities:
Cuts, cleans, prepares vegetables and helps the chef with other tasks.
Should do the necessary prep work for the meals that will be made.
Maintains cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and food preparation areas.
Follows food safety and storage regulations and assists with other kitchen-related tasks.
Requirements: Hardworking and disciplined with a willingness to learn and the ability to work independently. Previous experience is an advantage.
Location: Rajapur, Ratnagiri, Maharashtra
Salary: As per experience and skills.
