Role Description The Audit Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Audit Manager will oversee planning and execution of financial and statutory audits, including review of financial statements, internal controls, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Responsibilities include leading audit teams, allocating work, reviewing working papers, and ensuring timely completion of engagements with high-quality deliverables. The role involves coordinating with clients to understand business processes, identifying risk areas, recommending improvements, and preparing clear, well-structured audit reports and presentations for management. The Audit Manager will also contribute to practice development, train junior team members, and support continuous improvement of audit methodologies and standards.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Accounting and Finance, with the ability to interpret complex transactions and apply relevant standards.
• Hands-on experience with Financial Statements, including preparation, review, and analysis for accuracy and compliance.
• Proven track record in conducting Financial Audits, statutory audits, and internal audits across diverse industries.
• Advanced Analytical Skills to assess risks, evaluate controls, and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Professional qualification as Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent; prior experience in an audit or consulting firm is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Strong people management skills, including mentoring team members, managing deadlines, and coordinating multiple engagements.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to professional and ethical standards.
