What You'll Do

• Drive Audit Engagements: Take ownership of audit engagements from start to finish across industries like Real Estate, Non-Profit, Employee Benefit Plans, and Commercial sector clients.
• Maintain Quality Standards: Review detailed audit work papers, financial statements, and core testing areas—including General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Cash Transactions, and Liabilities.
• Keep Audits on Track: Run risk assessments, conduct variance analysis, and make sure financial statements fully align with regulatory and GAAP guidelines.
• Lead & Mentor: Support junior auditors, review their work, clear review notes, and work closely with senior leadership to hit engagement deadlines seamlessly.

What We're Looking For

• Education & Certifications: CA (Inter), B.Com, or M.Com. If you are pursuing or hold a CMA/CPA, that's a strong plus.
• Relevant Experience: 6+ years in audit and accounting, including at least 3 years reviewing work papers and leading audit teams.
• Technical Skills: Strong background in accounting standards, audit procedures, and financial reporting. Hands-on experience with tools like CaseWare, CCH, AuditPro, Computax, or Tally is a major advantage.
• Soft Skills: Great communication, sharp eye for detail, and a collaborative mindset when working with leadership and stakeholders.
