Role Description The Asst. Manager Quality is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad. This role is responsible for overseeing quality control and quality assurance activities for epoxy cast components and related products, ensuring compliance with internal standards and customer specifications. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring production quality, conducting inspections and tests, implementing and updating quality procedures, and maintaining documentation for audits and certifications. The Asst. Manager Quality collaborates with production, engineering, and management teams to investigate non-conformities, drive root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions. The role also supports continuous improvement initiatives, engages with customers on quality-related requirements, and helps maintain a culture of safety, reliability, and process discipline.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, standards (such as ISO), and quality assurance methodologies for manufacturing or electrical components.
• Experience in inspection, testing, and documentation of epoxy cast or similar engineered products, preferably in medium voltage or power equipment applications.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis, implement corrective and preventive actions, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proficiency in using quality-related tools and instruments, and familiarity with statistical quality control or basic data analysis.
• Relevant technical education, such as a diploma or degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical, or related field), or equivalent industrial experience.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with production teams, customers, and management on quality-related matters.
• Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a manufacturing environment, with attention to safety, accuracy, and adherence to procedures.
• Experience in power equipment, transformers, switchgears, or resin/epoxy manufacturing is an advantage.
