Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and technology-driven Automation & Backend Operations Executive to support operational excellence through process automation, workflow optimization, MIS reporting, and backend operations management. The role will focus on identifying automation opportunities, reducing manual effort, improving process efficiency, and ensuring seamless execution of operational activities.
Key Responsibilities
Process Automation
- Identify repetitive and manual processes suitable for automation.
- Develop, implement, and maintain automated workflows using tools
- Create automated dashboards, trackers, and reporting solutions.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand process requirements and convert them into automation solutions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot automation workflows to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Maintain documentation of automation processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Continuously evaluate existing processes and recommend efficiency enhancements.
Backend Operations
- Manage end-to-end backend operational activities and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain operational databases, trackers, and management information systems (MIS).
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.
- Ensure accurate processing of transactions, records, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to streamline workflows and improve service delivery.
- Monitor operational SLAs and escalate delays or issues when necessary.
Reporting & Analytics
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Develop dashboards and performance metrics for management review.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
- Support decision-making through data-driven insights and reporting.
- Continuously evaluate existing processes and recommend efficiency enhancements.
Required Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Advanced Excel, Macros, VBA).
- Experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, or similar automation tools.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or other scripting languages preferred.
- Understanding of workflow automation and business process management.
Functional Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
