Their judgement scales across every hire without costing them their calendar. We work with fast-scaling startups, and our in-house talent team runs live mandates end to end on the platform.

Position Overview

You will own mandates: one recruiter, one mandate, one scoreboard. Our talent intelligence analysts give you the map, covering target companies, role vocabulary, sample profiles and screening criteria. Your job is to turn that map into a shortlist that holds up under scrutiny, and to do it fast. Your mandates will span both technical roles such as software, DevOps and embedded engineering, and non-technical roles across finance, sales, business development, marketing and operations.

What You'll Do

• Source candidates from the mandate's intel brief using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and niche communities, then cut long lists down to tight shortlists.
• Run high-volume outreach where every message still reads as though it was written for that one person.
• Screen hard against filters and disqualifiers, and reason a fast no as clearly as a yes.
• Move candidates through assessments and client interview rounds within committed turnaround times.
• Keep your pipeline clean enough that anyone can see where each candidate stands and why.
• Report back to analysts what the market is telling you: who is moving, what they expect, and where the brief was wrong.
• Use AI tools every day, and flag it when you find a better way of working.

What You'll Bring

Must-Have

• 1-2 years in recruitment in an agency, RPO or startup setting. This role is not suited to freshers.
• Experience in a high-volume, numbers-driven environment that you genuinely enjoyed.
• Ability to switch from an engineering brief in the morning to a sales or finance brief in the afternoon without losing depth on either.
• High agency: when you are stuck, you have already tried three things before you ask.
• Daily use of AI tools in your own workflow, not just curiosity about them.
• Coachability: direct feedback lands, and you are visibly better the next day.

Good-to-Have

• Exposure to both technical and non-technical hiring mandates.
• Experience owning turnaround-time commitments on live mandates.
• Familiarity with structured screening and evidence-based candidate notes.
• Comfort giving market feedback that reshapes a brief.
