About this role

Key Responsibilities
Sourcing Freelancer Management
- Identify, reach out to, and onboard freelancers through job platforms, professional networks, referrals, and partner agencies - Screen candidates against project requirements and keep a clear pipeline of contacted, shortlisted, and onboarded contributors
- Serve as the main point of contact for freelancers: share briefs, answer questions, and keep communication timely and professional
Scheduling Coordination
- Plan and manage session schedules, balancing project priorities with freelancer availability - Anticipate scheduling conflicts and delays, and adjust plans so timelines stay on track
Quality Feedback Management
- Work with internal QC/QA teams to make sure all collected data is reviewed against defined quality standards - Run a structured feedback loop: share review findings with contributors, coordinate re-work or re-collection of data that doesnt meet requirements, and track it to closure
On-ground Support
- Attend data collection sessions when required to make sure guidelines, quality standards, and project needs are followed Tracking Reporting
- Keep accurate trackers for pipeline status, schedules, deliverables, and quality outcomes - Share regular progress updates with stakeholders and flag risks, blockers, and dependencies early
Skills Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in any discipline Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage several stakeholders and timelines at once
- Clear, confident written and verbal communication, including with external contributors
- Good critical thinking: able to spot gaps, question assumptions, and solve problems independently
- Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-moving environment where priorities can change
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership
- Comfortable with spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets) and collaboration tools
- Prior exposure to project coordination, operations, vendor management, or data/annotation projects is a plus but not required
