Strong working knowledge of statutory payroll compliance, such as tax withholding, provident fund, and employee insurance requirements. Proficient in payroll systems and tools, with the ability to validate input data, run payroll cycles, and reconcile outputs accurately. Skilled in payroll reporting and reconciliation, including preparing payroll registers, journal entries, and variance analysis. Applies general consulting frameworks to identify payroll process gaps and support process improvements and controls.
