About the Role:

We're looking for a Associate – Marketplace Ads to join our Marketplace Ads team, with a primary focus on Amazon & Flipkart Ads.You'll work closely with account managers and stakeholders to execute, optimize, and scale advertising campaigns while driving measurable business outcomes.

What You'll Own:

• Develop and execute strategic Amazon advertising campaigns aligned with client goals.
• Manage client relationships and understand their business requirements.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to improve sales & ROI.
• Conduct keyword research and identify growth opportunities.
• Manage advertising budgets and optimize campaign allocation.
• Prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
• Stay updated on Amazon trends, algorithms, and new advertising features.
• Drive new ideas and strategies to scale brands efficiently.

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ years of experience managing marketplace ads across Amazon & Flipkart.
• Experience with DSP, Co-op Promotions, Live Commerce and other off-AMS activities.
• Hands-on experience with Flipkart Ads.
• Strong understanding of the Amazon ecosystem — Seller Central, Vendor Central, PI, etc.
• Experience with other marketplaces such as Walmart, Myntra, etc. is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Master's degree or equivalent.
