Associate Manager - Talent Acquisition

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and drive closures.
• Handle sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
• Lead employer branding, recruitment drives, and vendor management.
• Drive hiring strategy, workforce planning, and recruitment metrics.
• Train and mentor TA team members.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 6-10 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on experience with ATS, LinkedIn, Naukri, and sourcing strategies.
• Exposure to employer branding, hiring planning, and vendor management.
• Experience in team handling, onboarding, and recruitment analytics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
