Role & responsibilities:

• Having experience of Water heater ,Room heater & Air cooler
• Having knowledge of Excel & Power point
• Problem solving tool analysis like 7QC,Core Quality tool & Poka Yoka
• Having Knowledge about PFEMA,SPC Control plan & MSA
• Having Knowledge about ISO 9001:2015
• Having Knowledge about BIS & IS standard for Water Heater ,Room Heater & Aircooler
• PDI inspection as per plan for category WH
• CAPA verification against rejected lot
• Quality clearance for FG material in vendor portal
• Weekly PDI data preparation and shared with corporate quality
• Market failure analysis
• PPR data analysis for all category
• Project delight data preparation for all Category
• Critical project initiation as per 12 step methodology
• Process improvement and verification of kaizen record
• Product audit as per plan
• Limited batch, pilot batch and 1st lot of PDI done for NPD model
• Improvement action implementation against identified non-conformance in N20 & N50
• Verification of "validation report" for NPD model
• Verification of ECR & ECN supporting documents and align for implementation
• BOM verification during pilot lot inspection
• Supporting to code unblocking for NPD model
• Market failure analysis and CAPA implementation
• Market visit for critical failure of components
• Sub-supplier visit to resolve the critical issues
• Hyper Audit with Service team
• GT audit preparation
