Job Description: Job Posting Description This pivotal role involves overseeing Investment Operations functions, providing vital support to the team and ensuring seamless operations. As a key representative of Global Operations, the individual will contribute to successful outcomes for internal and external clients. Years of Experience: Minimum 6-7 or more years of experience in the financial services industry.   Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or business administration. Familiarity with custodian, broker, and money manager operations. undefined Proven leadership and team management experience preferred. • Adaptable and well-organised self-starter capable of analysing information and supporting the team. • Effective communication of complex technical details to various management levels. • Proficient in MS Office, adapt at managing substantial email correspondence. • Problem-solving ability and strong global business acumen skills.   Responsibilities: • Lead core functions: data, trade, portfolio, and product operations. • Provide oversight and guidance to ensure effective coordination between internal teams—including portfolio managers, analysts, and traders and external partners such as custodians, counterparties, and brokers, facilitating timely resolution of operational issues. • Oversee the end-to-end trade lifecycle across Equities, Fixed Income,  Foreign Exchange & Commission management/recapture, ensuring trade affirmation and settlements are processed accurately, efficiently, and within agreed timelines. • Ensure day-to-day operational responsibilities are efficiently managed and delivered to core business clients. • Identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve operational risks collaboratively. • Drive continuous growth and development of Investments Operations Teams. • Foster an environment conducive to tech-enabled integration, innovation, and change. • Maintain successful relationships with business leaders across the Global Operations Organisation. • Document and inventory all processes meticulously. • Uphold confidentiality of sensitive company data. • Exhibit exemplary conduct, aligning with the organisation’s Code of Conduct.
