We are seeking a Senior Associate Business Analyst to partner with Operations stakeholders, Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Engineers to identify, define, and deliver Generative AI solutions that improve operational efficiency, decision-making, and user experiences. This role will drive requirements discovery, business process analysis, value realization, and product delivery for AI-powered capabilities across Operations functions.     Roles & responsibilities     Business Analysis   Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, challenges, reporting needs, and business objectives.  Gather, analyze, document, and validate business, functional, data, and reporting requirements.  Facilitate stakeholder discussions, workshops, and requirements for gathering sessions.  Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, data requirements, and functional specifications.  Collaborate with Product Owners and delivery teams to prioritize requirements and support backlog refinement.  Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, standardization, and efficiency gains.  Ensure alignment between business expectations and delivered solutions.  Support User Acceptance Testing, business validation, and defect triage.  Business Intelligence and Analytics   Design, develop, enhance, and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau and/or Power BI.  Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, scorecards, calculations, and reporting requirements.  Create intuitive visualizations that communicate business performance, trends, and operational insights.  Develop executive dashboards, operational reports, and analytical solutions for different stakeholder groups.  Perform data analysis to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable business insights.  Ensure dashboard accuracy through data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.  Publish, maintain, monitor, and support dashboards in enterprise environments.  Optimize dashboard performance, usability, accessibility, and adoption.  Data and Technology Collaboration   Work with data engineers, developers, architects, and technical teams to understand source systems, data structures, and integration needs.  Support data mapping, validation, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis across multiple data sources.  Assist in defining business rules, calculations, transformations, and reporting datasets.  Troubleshoot reporting, dashboard, and data-related issues and coordinate resolution with technical teams.  Ensure analytics solutions meet business, quality, security, and compliance expectations.  Delivery and Support   Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.  Support functional testing, data validation, defect management, release readiness, and post-release verification.  Create and maintain requirements, dashboard documentation, data definitions, user guides.  Deliver dashboard demonstrations and solution walkthroughs to business and technical stakeholders.  Stay current with business intelligence, analytics, visualization, and AI-enabled reporting capabilities.  Basic Qualifications   Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related fields.  3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Intelligence, Reporting and Analytics, Data Analysis, or a related role.  Must-Have Skills   Hands-on experience developing dashboards and reports using Tableau and/or Power BI.  Knowledge of Power BI DAX, Power Query, Tableau calculations, Level of Detail expressions, and dashboard optimization techniques.  Experience building KPI dashboards, executive scorecards, operational reports, and analytical visualizations.  Strong SQL skills for data extraction, analysis, validation, and reporting.  Expected to support RunOps for multiple Applications with knowledge on SaaS and COTS applications.  Experience gathering, documenting, validating, and managing business and reporting requirements.  Ability to translate business needs into effective data, dashboard, and analytics solutions.  Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, data requirements, and functional specifications.  Strong understanding of dashboard design, data visualization, usability, and data-storytelling principles.  Experience with relational databases, large datasets, data modeling concepts, data quality, and reconciliation.  Experience publishing, maintaining, and supporting dashboards in enterprise environments.  Experience supporting UAT, defect management, business validation, and release activities.  Experience working in Agile or Scrum delivery teams and using Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.  Strong stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.  Ability to work effectively with global, virtual, and cross-functional teams.  Good-to-Have Skills   Experience in life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, healthcare, EHSS, manufacturing, or another regulated industry.  Experience supporting Environmental, Health and Safety, Sustainability, Quality, Compliance, Operations, or Corporate functions.  Experience with cloud-based data and analytics platforms such as Azure, AWS, Databricks, or Snowflake.  Understanding data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes, APIs, integrations, and enterprise reporting architectures.  Familiarity with Python or another analytics-related programming language.  Exposure AI-assisted analytics, reporting, or business productivity tools.  Experience supporting enterprise-scale reporting solutions and globally distributed business teams.  Experience with Generative AI products and solutions   Understanding of LLMs, copilots, chatbots, and AI assistants   Prompt engineering concepts   Soft Skills   Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.  Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.  Ability to simplify complex data and technical concepts for business audiences.  High degree of ownership, accountability,
