About Fit.Zone

Fit.Zone is a Bengaluru-based fitness membership platform. One flexible membership gives members access to a continuously expanding network of established partner fitness centers across the city, with the Fit.Zone app live on iOS and Android. Partner fitness centers keep their own brand, coaches and community, and grow with Fit.Zone's members, marketing and technology. We are scaling fast, and every role has real ownership from day one.

What you will do

•Design ad creatives in all Meta and Google formats: 1:1, 4:5, 9:16 Stories and Reels covers, carousels and display banners

•Adapt master campaigns into area- and center-specific versions with local text overlays

•Make weekly Google Business Profile offer banners and partner fitness center spotlight posts

•Create WhatsApp broadcast graphics, in-center posters and print-ready files for branding vendors

•Keep the shared asset library organised: correct names, sizes and folders

•Turn around revisions within 24 hours when the performance team replaces a tired creative

Must have

•Portfolio of social media and digital ad work, not only logos or print

•Works within a brand system: Fit.Zone orange (#f5872e), Green (#b5d451), Red (#ee4049), Yellow (#ffe636) and Blue (#63c7f1) consistent type hierarchy and clear calls to action

•Knows platform safe zones and mobile-first layout

•Canva Pro, and Photoshop or Illustrator

•Can deliver 4–6 finished creatives a day when needed

Good to have

•Figma

•Basic motion graphics or Reel text animation

•Experience designing for fitness, food or lifestyle brands

How we will measure you (first 90 days)

•On-time delivery against the weekly creative calendar

•Brand consistency on every piece, as reviewed by the Senior Graphic Designer

•Every new partner fitness center gets its launch creative pack within 3 working days of go-live

Hiring process

•Portfolio and CV screen by HR within 3 working days

•2.15-Hours design task: one Instagram feed ad and one Story for a Fit.Zone free-trial offer in a named Bengaluru area

•Interview with the design team

•Final round with the founder
