Associate - Export (SuperYou)

Superyou is a fast-growing nutrition brand now exporting across all channels to the USA, UAE, Canada, Nepal and Bangladesh, and we're expanding into new products and geographies. Our exports function is at an exciting early stage, and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with it.

The Role
We're looking for an Associate Exports to own the day-to-day operational engine of our international business. You'll be the person who keeps shipments moving, documents accurate, and stakeholders aligned across countries and time zones. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes ownership, moves fast, and doesn't wait to be told what to do next.

Role & responsibilities

Operations

• Manage end-to-end export order execution: order processing, production and dispatch coordination, and shipment tracking through to delivery
• Prepare and verify export documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, shipping bills and country-specific compliance documents)
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHAs, logistics partners and warehouses to ensure on-time, cost-efficient shipments
• Track inventory, orders, shipments and payments across markets in Excel, and maintain clean, up-to-date trackers and MIS reports
• Support regulatory and labelling requirements for new markets and product launches

Stakeholder Communication

• Act as the day-to-day point of contact for international distributors, partners and marketplace/channel teams
• Coordinate internally with supply chain, production, finance, quality and marketing teams to keep export orders on track
• Follow up proactively on pending orders, payments, documentation and issues, and escalate early when something is at risk
• Share regular updates and reports with the exports lead and leadership

Growth & Expansion

• Support onboarding of new geographies, partners and SKUs
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to make operations faster and more scalable

Preferred candidate profile

• 2-4 years of experience in exports, international trade, supply chain, logistics or operations (FMCG / D2C / nutrition experience is a plus)
• Strong proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, data cleaning, building trackers)
• Excellent written and spoken English, with confidence communicating with international partners
• Strong ownership mindset: you treat problems as yours to solve and see them through
• Agile and proactive: comfortable with ambiguity, shifting priorities and a fast-paced startup environment
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, especially with documentation
• Basic understanding of export documentation and processes is a plus, but not mandatory
