SkillBridge Staffing is hiring for an experienced SAP Project / Program Management professional to lead large-scale SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, migration, and support programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP implementation, enhancement, rollout, upgrade, migration and support projects
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines and resource plans
- Manage project governance, budgets, risks, issues and dependencies
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, SAP functional/technical teams and external vendors
- Track project milestones, financials, resource utilization and delivery progress
- Conduct Steering Committee meetings and leadership reporting
- Manage onsite and offshore teams across global delivery programs
- Drive testing, cutover, deployment, Go-Live and hypercare activities
- Drive change management, user adoption and stakeholder communication
- Maintain RAID logs, status reports, action trackers, project plans and financial reports
Preferred SAP Experience
Exposure to one or more of:
SAP S/4HANA | FICO | MM | SD | PP | PM | QM | WM/EWM | Ariba | SuccessFactors | SAP Security
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP S/4HANA implementation / transformation experience
- Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or Hybrid delivery models
- PMP / PRINCE2 / CSM or equivalent certification
- Experience managing large-scale global SAP programs
- Exposure to cloud-based SAP solutions
- Strong business process understanding across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Maintenance
