Role Overview
Minfy is seeking a senior professional with experience working within a hyperscaler or leading cloud partnership programs at a systems integrator or cloud consulting firm.
You will lead the execution of strategic collaboration programs with major hyperscalers, translating joint business plans into coordinated action across sales, delivery, alliances, technology practices and finance.
The role requires firsthand understanding of how cloud partnerships operate, including co-sell programs, partner investments, capability development and executive business reviews, and the ability to turn these mechanisms into measurable business outcomes.
Working closely with Minfy's executive leadership and senior cloud partner stakeholders, you will own the several programs, performance visibility, governance and resolution of cross-functional execution challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Joint Business Planning and Program Ownership
Translate partnership objectives and agreed commitments into an integrated plan with owners, milestones, dependencies and measurable outcomes.
Coordinate joint business planning and align functional priorities, resources and capability development with program objectives.
Maintain a clear baseline of commitments and manage changes through appropriate review and approval.
Cross Functional Execution
Mobilise sales, delivery, alliances, practices and finance teams to execute agreed priorities and resolve dependencies.
Coordinate program workstreams covering market initiatives, co-sell activity, customer adoption and partner capability requirements.
Identify execution gaps, agree recovery plans with accountable leaders and drive actions to closure.
Partner Engagement and Executive Governance
Act as the central program coordination point for cloud partner stakeholders, working alongside Minfy's alliance leadership.
Lead program reviews and prepare executive business reviews with clear performance assessments, recommendations and decision requests.
Escalate risks and unresolved issues early, presenting practical options and the impact of delayed decisions.
Commercial Oversight and Performance Management
Work with Finance to track approved investments, expenditure and benefits, and coordinate applicable partner submissions and reconciliation.
Maintain reliable dashboards and supporting evidence; distinguish planned, forecast and realised outcomes.
Monitor program obligations, approval requirements and deadlines, maintaining confidentiality and audit readiness.
Required Experience And Capabilities
Typically 12–18 years of relevant experience, including at least five years leading complex, cross-functional programs with executive visibility.
Direct experience in partner programs, partner business operations, strategic initiatives or business planning at a hyperscaler; or cloud alliance programs and strategic collaboration execution at a systems integrator or cloud services partner.
Demonstrated ownership of joint business plans, executive reviews, program commitments and partner investment processes.
Working knowledge of cloud partner ecosystems, co-sell motions, commercial models and capability development requirements.
Strong program governance, financial tracking, risk management and analytical skills, with evidence of delivering measurable outcomes.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive accountability across functions without direct reporting authority.
Clear executive communication and commercial judgment, combined with hands-on ownership of plans, dashboards and issue resolution.
Preferred Experience
Exposure to cloud migration, modernization, managed services, data or AI programs.
Experience Coordinating Programs Across Geographies And Multiple Business Functions.
Experience building or improving a program office or partnership operating model. Relevant program management qualifications are useful.
Measures of Success
Delivery and acceptance of agreed commitments and milestones within planned timelines.
Validated business outcomes and effective use of approved program investments.
