Associate D&A Manager – Automation

Perform opportunity assessment activities, assist business in calculation of automation benefits, verify cost time calculation from automation partners and help the automation customers build Business Cases for the automation initiatives. Manage the planning of future process on-boarding, support timely delivery of automation Create and deliver automation status reporting to communicate to stakeholders Facilitate coordinate communication between various parties involved in automation delivery business SME, developer, architect, controller with the aim of delivering the required automation within the agreed timeframe and budget Support automation testing plan UAT and monitor test scenarios outcomes and timely resolution of errors throughout development, testing and post-implementation. Customer engagement with the purpose of expanding automation scope. This engagement can be done via various channels: showcase discussions, workshops, service reviews, yammer intranet posts.
