Associate Content Manager (Instagram handle and Video Editing)

Role snapshot

You run two things end to end. First, the Instagram personal brands of our founder and core team, from research and scripting to the shoot and a fully programmatic edit. Second, our influencer marketing: finding creators, closing partnerships and keeping them posting about us.

What you'll do

Instagram personal branding

1. Research. Track what is working on Instagram every week: formats, hooks, audio, pacing and edit styles. Find the outlier reels in the founder and business niche and bring your next bets to the weekly review, backed by numbers.

2. Script. Turn founder calls, voice notes, podcasts and Slack threads into tight scripts. Weave in each person's real journey and point of view, land the hook in the first 2 seconds, and keep one idea per reel.

3. Shoot. Plan and direct talking-head and B-roll shoots in the office: light, mic, framing, and getting the best take from a busy founder in the least time.

4. Edit in code. Edit every video programmatically with Claude Code, using HyperFrames and Remotion for motion graphics, animation, captions and sound. Build reusable templates so each reel ships faster than the last.

5. Support the team. Help the founder and core team members with their own production, from prep and shoot setup to the final cut.

6. Publish and learn. Run the content calendar, get the owner's approval before anything goes live, and post on time. Track retention, shares, saves and follows; double down on what works and kill what does not.

Influencer marketing

1. Outreach. Find and reach out to new influencers whose audience matches ours.

2. Partnerships. Agree deliverables, timelines and what we give in return, and close the deal in writing.

3. Coordination. Keep every partner posting about us on schedule, and follow up the day a post slips.

4. Keep our promises. Make sure every partner gets everything we promised them, on time.

5. Content for partners. Write their posts and edit their videos when they need it.

What we're looking for

1. Full time, onsite. You work from our Gurgaon office every day. This is not a remote or hybrid role.

2. Instagram native. You can show reels you made, for yourself or someone else, and explain why each one worked or did not.

3. Research first. You spot a trend before it peaks and back your opinion with views, retention and follower data.

4. A storyteller. You can pull a real story out of a founder and shape it into a hook, a turn and a payoff.

5. Comfortable in code. You already edit with Claude Code, or you learn fast and are happy working in a terminal. Basic HTML, CSS or JavaScript helps.

6. Organised with partners. You can run many creator relationships at once, track every promise in both directions and follow up without being chased.

7. A creative eye. You are the last check on quality and you say no to weak creative.

Nice to have

· Experience running influencer or creator partnerships

· Hands-on work with Remotion or HyperFrames

· A motion design background (After Effects or similar)

· AI video tools such as Higgsfield

· An Instagram account you grew yourself

· Content for B2B, SaaS or startup founders
