    About this role

Company Description Corelatin, based in the Delhi‑NCR region, provides police‑verified, trained non‑medical hospital companions and patient attendants in leading hospitals such as AIIMS, Apollo, and Fortis. The company focuses on supporting patients and families with logistics, queue management, billing assistance, mobility, and emotional support during hospital visits and stays. Corelatin's services are designed to make hospital processes smoother and less stressful, especially for individuals who may need additional help navigating complex systems. Companions do not perform any clinical or medical procedures, ensuring a clear focus on non‑medical support and patient comfort.
Role Description The Associate Companion role is a full‑time, on‑site position located in Delhi, India. In this role, the companion assists patients and their families with hospital navigation, including managing queues, completing administrative formalities, and coordinating logistics such as appointments and billing. The associate supports patient mobility within hospital premises, ensuring safe movement between departments and providing general assistance during tests and procedures where allowed by hospital rules. The role also involves offering respectful emotional support, listening to patient concerns, and helping maintain a calm, reassuring presence. Associates follow hospital protocols, maintain professional conduct, and ensure clear communication with patients, families, and hospital staff while never performing clinical care.
    Qualifications
    • Ability to provide empathetic, patient‑centered support, including active listening, clear communication, and respectful behavior toward patients and families.
    • Strong organizational and time‑management skills for handling queues, logistics, and multiple tasks in a busy hospital environment.
    • Physical ability and stamina to assist with patient mobility and accompany patients across hospital departments throughout the day.
    • Basic literacy and numeracy skills for handling forms, bills, and simple documentation, with attention to accuracy and detail.
    • Comfort working in hospital settings, following safety and confidentiality guidelines, and coordinating with medical and administrative staff.
    • Police verification and a clean background record (or willingness to undergo verification as part of hiring).
    • Prior experience in patient assistance, hospitality, caregiving, or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
    • Ability to communicate effectively in Hindi and basic English; knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus.
