Associate - Capacity Building (Rider Ops)

Role & responsibilities

• Manage the ground operations and coordinate with Last Mile leadership team and other stakeholders to manage smooth last mile operations LMA operations, by understanding the requirements and helps fix the gaps using different channels including recruitment drives, activations at ground level, & field hiring etc.
• Ensuring and acquiring local riders near the dispatch center of Delhivery at variable rates and keeping track of it
• Conducting field visits to ensure effective acquisition and management of last mile riders
• Manager rider data

Preferred candidate profile

• Functional Skills Operations Management, Data Analysis, Stakeholder Management
• Experience - Relevant experience in Logistics/ Manufacturing industry.
• Behavioral Skills - Good communication and people management, analytical skills, task prioritization and follow-up, Hustler, Go-Getter attitude
• Exposure to work in /Ability to work well in a team environment. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for business purposes/in order to gain credibility with senior  management.
