We are looking for an experienced warehouse professional to lead end-to-end warehouse operations, inventory management, and e-commerce fulfillment while ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations Management

• Manage daily warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
• Ensure smooth movement of inventory across stores, distribution centers, and e-commerce channels.
• Monitor warehouse productivity, space utilization, and process efficiency.
• Implement SOPs to improve operational accuracy and warehouse performance.

Inventory & Stock Management

• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and periodic audits.
• Monitor stock aging, damage control, shrinkage, and inventory reconciliation.
• Coordinate with procurement, category, and store teams to ensure inventory availability.
• Drive FIFO/FEFO practices for perishable and FMCG products.

Logistics & Distribution

• Manage transportation and last-mile coordination for store replenishments.
• Ensure timely dispatches and deliveries while optimizing logistics costs.
• Coordinate with third-party logistics partners and transport vendors.
• Monitor delivery KPIs and service levels.

E-commerce Fulfillment

• Lead e-commerce order fulfillment operations for online orders.
• Ensure SLA adherence for platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and other online channels.
• Improve pick-pack-dispatch turnaround time and order accuracy.
• Monitor customer returns and reverse logistics processes.

Team Management

• Lead and supervise warehouse supervisors, shift in-charges, and associates.
• Drive workforce planning, productivity monitoring, and manpower optimization.
• Conduct team training on safety, compliance, and operational procedures.
• Foster a high-performance culture within warehouse operations.

Process Improvement & Compliance

• Implement warehouse automation and process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company guidelines.
• Track warehouse KPIs including inventory accuracy, order fulfillment rates, productivity, and OTIF.
• Support ERP/WMS implementation and optimization.

Preferred Background

• Experience in Grocery Retail, FMCG, E-commerce, Quick Commerce, Distribution, or Supply Chain organizations.
• Exposure to warehouse management systems and large-scale distribution operations.
• Experience handling high-volume inventory and multi-location distribution.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, Engineering, or related field.
• Certification in Supply Chain Management or Logistics is preferred.
