Role Description The Assistant Manager Technical Valuation role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune City. This role involves overseeing and executing property valuation assignments, reviewing technical details of real estate assets, and ensuring that valuation reports meet internal quality standards and client requirements. The individual will collaborate closely with valuers, legal teams, and operations staff to validate data, interpret property documents, and apply appropriate valuation methodologies. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating site visits, analyzing market trends, preparing and reviewing valuation reports, addressing client queries, and supporting continuous improvement of valuation processes and tools. The role also requires maintaining accurate records, adhering to regulatory and company guidelines, and contributing to training and mentoring of junior team members.
Qualifications

• Strong technical understanding of real estate valuation, including familiarity with local market dynamics, property types, and standard valuation methodologies.
• Experience interpreting property documents and coordinating with legal or due diligence teams for title-related matters.
• Proficiency in using valuation or real estate-related software tools and comfort working with technology-driven workflows.
• Solid analytical and numerical skills with the ability to review, validate, and present valuation data accurately.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with internal stakeholders, clients, and field teams.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple assignments and meet tight timelines.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field; professional valuation or real estate certifications are an advantage.
• Prior experience in property valuation, banking, housing finance, or real estate consulting will be considered beneficial.
