    Project Coordination & Communication

    • Serve as a key point of coordination between Project Managers, subcontractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams
    • Maintain project visibility through consistent communication and follow-up
    • Escalate issues proactively before they become major project impacts
    • Support subcontractor coordination and schedule accountability

    Construction Administration

    • Maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and project records
    • Assist with subcontractor agreements, work authorizations, and Change Orders
    • Track RFIs, submittals, permits, approvals, and project deliverables
    • Ensure project documentation remains organized and up to date

    Budget & Cost Control

    • Review invoices and support cost tracking efforts
    • Verify completed work aligns with billing requests
    • Assist with budget monitoring and forecasting
    • Identify potential cost concerns and communicate them early

    Remote Project Oversight

    • Review project photos, reports, and field documentation
    • Identify potential quality concerns, scope discrepancies, or project risks
    • Provide Project Managers with timely feedback and recommendations
    • Help maintain project accountability and visibility throughout execution

    Non-Negotiable Requirements:

    • 3–5+ years of professional experience in construction project coordination, project engineering, or assistant project management.

    • High level of self-motivation and the ability to seamlessly manage projects in a fast-paced, 100% remote environment.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

    Preferred Qualifications & Tech Stack:
