Strong understanding of OECD TP Guidelines, Indian TP Rules (including documentation, assessments & litigation procedures), and global TP regimes. • Proven experience in India TP assessments, TPO proceedings, and defence submissions. • Proficiency with Orbis TP Catalyst, OneSource, Eikon, Loan Connector, RoyaltyRange, etc. • Excellent analytical, drafting, and financial interpretation skills. • Strong communication skills and ability to handle high-stake technical discussions. • Leadership qualities and experience mentoring teams. • High level of ownership, professionalism, and attention to detail.
