Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Talent Acquisition professional with prior experience in the Power Plant, Power

Generation, or Energy sector. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for Operations &

Maintenance (O&M) projects and other technical requirements across project sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for thermal power plants and energy projects.
• Understand manpower requirements from project heads, site managers, and department heads.
• Source candidates for Operations & Maintenance (O&M), Boiler, Turbine, Mechanical, Electrical, C&I, CHP, AHP,

and BOP departments.

• Recruit technical and non-technical positions, including Engineers, Supervisors, Managers, and HODs.
• Screen resumes based on relevant industry experience and technical qualifications.
• Coordinate interviews with site teams and senior management.
• Manage salary negotiations, offer releases, and candidate follow-ups until joining.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, manpower reports, and candidate databases.
• Ensure timely closure of vacancies as per project requirements.
• Develop candidate pipelines through job portals, consultants, referrals, and professional networks.

Required Skills

• Prior experience in Talent Acquisition within the Power Plant, Energy, Power Generation, or EPC industry.
• Basic understanding of thermal power plant operations and maintenance functions.
• Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment portals.

Qualification

MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification.
