Role Description The Assistant Manager role is a full-time, on-site position located in Patna. The Assistant Manager will support day-to-day store and operations management, including overseeing staff schedules, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring timely replenishment of garments and textile products. This role will help implement company policies, maintain visual merchandising standards, and ensure a positive customer experience. The Assistant Manager will also assist in tracking sales performance, preparing basic reports, coordinating with senior management, and resolving operational issues. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and hands-on support on the shop floor will be part of the daily responsibilities.
Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of retail or textiles operations, including inventory handling and merchandising.
• Ability to manage and motivate teams, with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving.

• Prior experience in retail, textiles, or garment-related roles is preferred.
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in business, commerce, textiles, or a related field is beneficial.
• Willingness to work on-site in Patna and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
