Role Description The Assistant Manager role at Dreamspace India is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Assistant Manager will support end-to-end project delivery for commercial interior fit-outs, coordinating closely with designers, architects, and project managers to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with project planning, tracking progress, preparing status reports, and managing communication with clients and internal stakeholders. The role also involves overseeing vendors and contractors as needed, supporting site operations, and helping to resolve issues to keep projects on schedule. The Assistant Manager will contribute to process improvements and ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and compliance requirements.

• Candidates should possess client-facing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and maintain professional relationships.
• Candidates should possess analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Candidates should possess basic financial and commercial acumen, including understanding of budgets, cost control, and vendor negotiations.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in standard office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, presentations); exposure to project management or interior design tools is an advantage.
• Relevant experience in commercial interiors, construction, real estate, or related project environments is beneficial.
• A bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, interior design, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, visit project locations as required, and collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
