Role Description The Assistant Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Cuttack. The role involves supporting project planning and execution, coordinating with site teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and quality completion of work. Responsibilities include monitoring project progress, preparing reports and documentation, assisting in resource allocation, and ensuring adherence to safety and compliance standards. The Assistant Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, help resolve operational issues, and contribute to continuous improvement in construction processes.
Qualifications

• Strong project coordination and construction management skills, with the ability to support planning, scheduling, and site execution.
• Proficiency in documentation and reporting, including maintaining project records, basic data analysis, and status tracking.
• Solid communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with engineers, site staff, contractors, and external stakeholders.
• Understanding of safety, quality, and compliance practices in civil infrastructure and construction environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; relevant technical diploma with strong experience may be considered.
• Prior experience in infrastructure, roads, or heavy civil construction projects is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Cuttack, manage time effectively, and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
