Experience: 7–10 Years Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented International Marketing & Sales professional with 7–10 years of experience in pharmaceutical formulations business development across the Middle East. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing distributor relationships, identifying new market opportunities, and achieving sales targets across the assigned territories.

Responsibilities: -

•Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in international markets for pharmaceutical formulations.

•Marketing Strategy: Assist in developing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our formulations internationally, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market needs.

•Product Promotion: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop promotional materials, presentations, and product literature for international markets.

•Customer Engagement: Support customer engagement initiatives through various channels including email, social media, and digital marketing platforms to increase brand awareness and drive sales.

•Market Analysis: Analyse sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and identify areas for improvement.

•Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with international distributors, partners, and key stakeholders to support sales and business growth.

•Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities and materials comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards in target markets.

Required skills:

•Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration International, or related field.

•7–10 years of experience in International Marketing & Sales of Pharmaceutical Formulations.

•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

•Experience managing distributors and institutional customers.

•Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical registration processes and regulatory requirements in GCC countries.

•Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

•Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

•Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.

Preferred Skills

•Strong network within the Middle East pharmaceutical industry.

•Experience in B2B pharmaceutical formulations exports.

•Self-driven, proactive, and capable of independently managing international business operations.

•Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

•Preferably travel experience in Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates (Dubai), Oman, Iraq, Kuwait
