Location: Bhiwadi

Your Tasks- What You can expect as Assistant Manager- Technology Development

• Support in the lab analysis for the development and improvement of the intermediate and their further industrialization and pilot and production level.
• Working continuously in the development projects as per customer needs and support in the scale up trials and conclude towards implementation.
• Working in the projects within defined technology solutions, applications and services according to agreed timelines, budgets and standards – monitored by senior colleague.
• Participation in various inter-company and benchmarking projects.
• Where applicable work in close co-operation with Cross functional team like SCM /AT /Production/QC to continually improve performance at product formulation and process level.
• Analysis of customer & internal complaints to provide the appropriate corrective & preventive action within time frame and also analyse route cause of complaint.
• Able to work independently and interact with people at all levels within and outside the department.
• Creation of products code and modification of formulations and QIPs with the help of SAP/RD.
• Ensure safety and housekeeping in the lab area and the plant.
  
  

Your Profile- What do You bring as Assistant Manager- Technology Development

• Good communication, presentable ,interpersonal skills and team player.
• Min. 4-6 years of comprehensive experience in defined ink technology environment (R&D, application service etc.)
• Qualification _ MSc (Chemistry)/ BTech ( Chemical/Polymer/Printing technology)
• Ability to work in lab, good analytical skills, flexible to change priorities as per requirement
