Assistant Manager (Tech M&A)

Key Responsibilities

• Support Rapid IT Assessments and diligence workstreams
• Conduct infrastructure and application analysis
• Assist in technical debt and architecture reviews
• Support integration and separation analysis
• Assist in building stand-alone IT cost baselines and one-time cost trackers
• Contribute to development of new methodologies and accelerators
• Prepare structured diligence documentation and presentations

Required Experience

• 4-8 years relevant experience
• Exposure to IT advisory, architecture, cloud, or product environments
• Interest in developing Tech M&A lifecycle expertise
• Basic financial modeling capability preferred
